Your safe and secure Tuscan villa renting
- Our staff. All persons working in the villa have a HACCP diploma, so already trained for working within correct hygienic situations. In plus, in these days every one of them is trained with an extra anti covid-19 course. Everybody working in the villa has all necessary protection needed and avoids unnecessary contact with the guests during their stay. All anti covid-19 rules are strictly respected and all recommended protections are offered for free to our guests (on demand) as well (chirurgical masks, gloves, disinfection gel…).
- Cleaning and disinfection. Next to daily cleaning with all specialized products, our villa is completely disinfected with ozone as well (an extra precaution to remove eventual virus and bacteria) after each stay and thus before every arrival of our new guests. This gives you an extra protection in making your vacation home as safe as possible against covid-19 to spend a deserved and relaxed vacation with your beloved ones.
- Your breakfasts, eventual lunches or dinners. On request, we can organize your catering as well, which is delivered directly in the villa, all in maximum respect of hygiene and safety.
If you want to cook yourself, no problem neither, you will find a complete disinfected and sanitized kitchen at your disposal on arrival.
If you don’t want to leave your villa absolutely, we can pre-stock the villa with the shopping list you send us in advance and even do your shopping during your stay.
You can use our private cellar for your wines and we can get you every wine you like ready in the villa on arrival.
- Check-in. You can use our app for online check-in and have already all instructions and information on the villa before your arrival. A brief meeting for handing over the keys and…your vacation starts in all safety within your group. On our app you will find all our recommendations for eventual restaurants, visits etc.
We only ask you to understand that this new procedure of disinfection costs time and that we have to do check in now from 6pm on instead of 4pm before. We apologize for this but we need some more time to ensure this important and necessary service.
– Flexible cancellation: For arrivals on or before November 15, 2020: Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund in case there still should be covid-19 restrictions at that moment. Within 7 days before the trip the reservation becomes non-refundable. For arrivals after November 15, 2020, our original cancellation policy will be in effect and in eventual case of a new outbreak and problems with corona, we will submit vouchers to be used within 24 months.
– Special offers. We are offering special pricing on long stays (see pricelist attached) and a free welcome breakfast on Sunday to introduce you to our catering services.
– Discount on longer stays: get 20% off from every week extra after the first one.
